THE CAMELOT MOTEL is the perfect place for our participants to stay, work, socialize and relax and the beach is only steps from the motel. With spotless newly refurbished suites, kitchenettes and full living rooms, not to mention a beautiful view of the ocean, we could not ask for better accommodations for our needs.

 

The Camelot has kindly offered Cape May Stage optional housing at a discounted rate. The suites are spacious and comfortable and are perfect for our needs.

Your stay will cost $150 per night (plus tax) including MONDAY  thru FRIDAY (4 nights).

​

STAFF ROOM: There will be one room where Symposium staff will reside and can assist you whenever possible (even after hours.) If you are not staying at the Camelot, you are welcome to  join us there for any evening activities, scheduled or informal.

 

ABOUT THE ROOMS:

 

~Two-room suites (1 bedroom/1 living room)

 

~Two double beds are in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa is in the living room. We recommend that you do not plan to sleep in the living room so that the table is available for late-night writing.

 

~The table in the Staff Room will be available for any writer who needs a place to work without disturbing his or her suitemates.

 

~Suites include a kitchenette with a sink, small refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker and microwave.

​

~A grocery store is close to Cape May Stage, in case you wish to prepare your own food in your suite.

 

~A dining table with four chairs and a built in desk provide ample room for writing.

 

~Wireless internet is available.

Although we encourage all participants to arrange housing with the Camelot, you are welcome to make your own arrangements elsewhere, if you prefer.
