• PLEASE make payments only AFTER you have received official invitation email.
The National Playwrights Symposium is hosted by Cape May Stage, a NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization. It is offered as a service to the theatre and playwriting communities. Therefore, the prices are set at the lowest possible level and are not intended to generate profit in any way. We will continue to seek sponsors and grants that may allow us to further reduce the costs of offering this experience.
• SYMPOSIUM FEE:
$745 (Until April 15)
$795 (after April 15)
• OPTIONAL DISCOUNT HOUSING:
Suite - $600 (PLUS TAX, $150/night SPECIAL NPS rate, 4 nights, Mon-Fri.)
NOTE: Starting this year, all rooms are booked BY YOU, DIRECTLY WITH THE CAMELOT motel at the NPS discounted rate.
Sunday night is NOT INCLUDED in the discounted rate. You may book additional nights at your discretion.
• FULL PAYMENT DUE: April 20 (or within five calendar days of approval if after April 20.
• OPTIONAL HOUSING NOTES:
1. THE CAMELOT IS AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESS AND ALL RULES AND PRICES ARE SET BY THEM.
2. CAMELOT DISCOUNTED HOUSING AVAILABILITY IS VERY LIMITED. BOOK ASAP TO ENSURE A SPOT.
3. ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS MAY BE ARRANGED ELSEWHERE BY ATTENDEES, BUT WE ENCOURAGE YOU STAY AT THE CAMELOT FOR GROUP INTERACTION.
• REFUND:
1. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, with one exception. IF YOU CANCEL, the event fee will gladly be refunded IF another participant is available to fill your spot. This is often difficult to do as we get closer to the start of the NPS.
2. OUR MASTER PLAYWRIGHTS are world renowned artists with acclaimed Broadway and/or International reputations. Although we will make every effort to announce our esteemed guests, due to their busy schedules, professional demand, illness, or other unexpected circumstances, they are subject to change without refund.
